Daily Cyber News: SonicWall gateway attacks put internal services within reach
Internal services behind SonicWall SMA 1000 gateways may be exposed through a maximum-severity weakness in the WorkPlace portal. Two security firms reported exploit traffic against honeypots and decoys only days after the vendor advisory. SonicWall had earlier said it had no evidence of exploitation, and these outside reports don’t establish that production systems were successfully compromised.
